Denholtz Stables' SHES ALL ELTISH (Eltish) cruised up to the lead under little urging approaching the final turn and drew off to a comprehensive 6 3/4-length rout in the $150,000 Bonnie Miss S. (G2) at Gulfstream Park on Saturday. The Marty Wolfson trainee, who was attempting two turns on the main oval for the first time, broke well but was content to rate in third early prior to making her devastating run, eventually reaching the wire in 1:51 4/5 for the nine-furlong affair. The nearly 9-2 third choice was worth $10.80, $5.60 and $3.40 under Eddie Castro.
Robbie's Gal (Straight Man) had just one horse behind her after the opening half-mile but closed with good energy to retain the place spot while three-quarters of a length clear of her nearest foe. The 6-1 shot paid $7.80 and $4.20 and completed the $66 exacta. Highest Class (Mineshaft), the 8-5 favorite, rallied up the rail late while never threatening to gain third, worth $2.60. The trifecta came back $228, while the 3-6-7-2 superfecta was good for $604 with Backseat Rhythm (El Corredor) another four lengths back. Halo Hollie (Halo's Image) and pacesetter Overandabeauty (Grand Slam) completed the order of finish, while Classy Concern (West Acre) was withdrawn.
She's All Eltish made good in her stakes debut en route to improving her lifetime line to 7-3-3-1, $156,280. She was bred in the Sunshine State by Live Oak Stud and produced from the unraced Shesabullwinkle (Hesabull), making her a full sister to 2006 Calder Derby (G3) third Elizabull. The winner also has a two-year-old half-brother named Hezabigstorm (February Storm) and a 2008 unnamed half-sister by High Fly.
