Let's pretend for a minute that Todd Pletcher will be kept out of the winners circle in the Oaks. Then let's say Dreaming Of Anna'a best days are behind her. Finally, lets dismiss High Heels and Tough Tiz's Sis based on class, or whatever else makes you feel comfortable.
Who can step up and win it at a price?
How about Autobahn Girl? She has a win over this track, and a decent second in the slop here as well. Nick Zito already has a win on the card today, too. Her Florida Oaks effort was mildly disappointing, but if you decide that she didn't like being wide like that, you can toss the race. She's a tough filly, and certainly eligible to run big here.
Or maybe High Again is the one for you. It's not like the Ashland effort was bad, but you can chalk the loss up to a dislike for Polytrack if you are so inclined. Beyond that, she fits.
I think both Autobahn Girl and High Again are worthy candidates to upset the field, and I will use both in all of my Oaks exotic wagers.
